our room plus Ensuite was clean and quite adequate for our stay with parking and close to the beach. We found the owners very friendly and the breakfast will set you up for the day. i would recommend this b.n.b

I was met with happy smiles and helped up the impressive ornate staircase to my room. My room was fresh clean and spacious, even with the chair and small fridge, they were excellent finishing touches. I slept really well on comfy bed, and had great hot showers. The breakfast routine works very well with everything cooked to each individuals likes, brilliant. It's a little way to walk into town but simple to navigate and is all flat. I could only stay 3days but wish it had been longer. Thank you Larry and Linda. I will definitely be returning.

Hosts were very nice made us feel really welcome we needed a room with no notice as was stuck and they gave us a family room with our dogs straight away room was very clean and comfy and plenty of tea and coffee and parking free breakfast was very nice aswell will definitely be staying again

I’m so glad I only had to stay two nights in this hotel. As soon as I lay down on the bed I realised I was allergic to the fabric detergent I told Linda, who runs the establishment with her Husband Larry, but she didn’t even offer to change the sheets and I am now covered from head to toe in allergies spots which are very itchy. I’m very painful. Also, I realised, unfortunately after my stay, that I had been put in a single room but I had paid for a double room. I raised this with the hotel and they wrote back to me lying saying that I have booked a single room. I wonder what part of “ Standard double room“ means single bed to them at this hotel. I wonder where a second person is supposed to sleep in a single bed if I had had a second person with me. Also appreciate I didn’t raise this at the time because I didn’t realise until afterwards I don’t like them implying that I am a liar which is effectively what they’ve done by saying that I booked a standard single room which is not what it says on my booking confirmation. I am not a liar. They are not particularly friendly hosts. Yes, they can be helpful, but there’s no smile on their faces. There’s no happiness in the place and everything seems to be too much trouble for them. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I should have realised the sort of standard they were going to be when they were not as expensive as the other hotels in the vicinity. Thankfully I was only there for two nights but what a complete waste of money. Oh yes I almost forgot. They allow their various dogs to run around the breakfast room begging the people staying there for food. Disgusting and unhygienic. Also there was mold in the shower. The photo shows the allergic reaction on my arms.

Really nice place to stay comfortable with nice beds. Good shower and supply of refreshments available. Free towels to take to the beach also. We had an emergency at home so couldn't stay for breakfast but I'm guessing it would have been nice. Love the white old staffy that was there.
